Globales Isabel Aparthotel - Cala Bona (Mallorca)

Really good staff created a warm atmosphere. The diverse buffet featured delicious grilled dishes, enjoyed by both kids and adults alike. Interestingly, the two shallow sections in the pool were perfect for our little one.

I like value for money, also I like that we could cook ourselves in the apartment room.

It was too cold inside the room, heater did not work. Blankets were smelling bad, so we need to remove them and asked for new. Our room 205 was pretty noisy, we could hear lift moving all the time. They changed towels after three days, but forgot to put new in the bathroom, so we need go to front desk to ask for them.

The hotel is clean and very good value for money, Charlie the entertainer done a brilliant job. The food was very good as well, the reception staff were very friendly and very helpful as well. The only problem we found was the bar staff they were very moody and did'nt really want to serve you......

This must deter many potential guests!!! A little more attention to seating arrangements in the dining area would prevent larger groups from waiting, especially during busy meal times!!!

Reasonable location in a secure area very close to the harbour, the larger Cala Miller beach, and an SPAR or BIP supermarket. Nearby Rope and Anchor - great place to chill out. Got a nice size and beautifully maintained room with comfy beds, the bedroom, for instance. Extensive breakfast to star a day with hash browns and sausage, as for instance.

Amazing hotel, I appreciated its great location.

The breakfast with cooked items and juice, for example was very good, you'll find what you need.

The staff's attention to detail was amazing, especially with food allergies. They ensured our son was aware of safe dining options.

The staff were generally very friendly and helpful to us, in particular the Manageress and those working on reception.

The pool area was small for the size of the aparthotel. The rooms were clean but very dated and the balconies were small for 4 persons, as only 2 chairs and a table were provided.

Family holiday fun

The hotel was clean and had a lovely feel to it. The staff were friendly, and my daughter and I both enjoyed the great food at the bar and restaurant.

It wasn't cheap, but acceptable.

the bar in the hotel is nice and the pool area is clean.

apartments were average. no kettle. toilet in our room leaked for the whole duration of our stay, we notified them on the 2nd day and it was not fixed before we left 5days later. location is the furthest from cala bona ~ right on the verge of the countryside, beach which they said was 300m away cud not be called a beach.

We booked room only but the ability to eat at the hotel when we wanted to was a good option

Being woken up at 3am by drunk neighbours returning to their rooms. The tv had german based channels (only one channel was english).
